Recruiter
This person is responsible for recruiting qualified persons to take part in the Leadership Academy. This person will organize meetings and contact points through churches, fellowships, universities, Christian gatherings and events.

School Program Manager
This person is responsible for getting new schools each term to participate in the program and to keep a working relationship with them. Also, this person will manage the young leaders including training and overseeing them.

Media Manager
This person is responsible for managing the media department including graphic design, printing, soliciting ads and overseeing and training the media team.

Outreach Director
This person is responsible for organizing and overseeing the monthly outreach activities, fun days for the Revolution team, the annual youth fest, as well as coordinating intramural sports for the youth and Revolution team.

Village School Project Overseer
This person is responsible for overseeing the building of the village school. Handling contractors, builders, purchase of supplies and materials and ensuring project completion according to standards and plans given.
