You may have heard the saying that the church in Africa is a mile wide and an inch deep. After living in Africa for 5 years and working with many churches, we have found this saying to be very true. A good majority of pastors in Uganda have not ever had any formal bible training. Therefore the need for discipleship is great.
This is where these classes come in. We provide a ten week foundational bible course, teaching topics such as What is Salvation, Renewing Your Mind, Putting God’s Word First. These subjects are basic but vital to the health of every Christian, new or old. We want to see believers equipped so that they can boldly live life every day, courageously fulfill their God-given destiny, and generously help others.
