Leadership duplication is the thrust of this program. In a country where spiritual and leadership development is greatly needed, leaders must be produced; godly leaders of character and integrity, with a foundation in God’s Word; leaders who will stand for what is right in the assembly of those who are corrupt.

The word revolution means a drastic change in thinking and behavior.  We aim to bring a revolution to the youth in this nation. We are raising up next generation leaders who stand against the tide; upstanding citizens who promote good morals; leaders who give back to the community; leaders who invest in others; leaders who will put God first in everything.

Every week, these leaders-in-training receive powerful leadership teachings. Curriculum consists of foundational biblical truths as well as practical leadership skills based on biblical principles.  Leaders are taught things like managing conflict, public speaking, classroom management, basic counseling, being a team player, etc.  In addition, these leaders are trained how to teach the Walk Pure curriculum. These skills not only equip them to teach and mentor youth, but it also equips them for doing ministry in their churches, and other jobs they hold in the community.

What Is Unique About This Academy
America is blessed with resources – numerous book stores, libraries, free internet, conferences, etc.  You can even buy books for cheap at garage sales!  Uganda however doesn’t have all these resources in abundance; they are limited and they are pricey, at least to the average Ugandan earning $1/day.  That is what makes the Leadership Academy unique – free leadership training, quality books for reading and studying, and handouts at a minimal cost! Additionally, we give them a platform to practice what they’ve been learning.
